Cruisin the Coolstores September 2008

The weather bureau couldn't make up its mind about the forecast for Tuesday night. Rain showers developing, showers easing, etc, etc, all implied that our favourite cars might get wet! But even a rain storm late in the afternoon didn't deter around 80 car owners their families & friends from cruisin' in for another Coolstore Cruise. It did stay dry, but also cool and many ventured inside to warm up around the fires in the Sunset Lounge or over at Moggy's. The additional asphalt car parking meant no one had to venture out into the paddock. Probably a good thing after the earlier rain!!

As usual, we had a few goodies to give away at 7:30. Yes, cool was the theme and the Coolstore Cruise lived up to its reputation again. Cool cars, cool night, warmed up with some hot food. Winter cruisin' is cool! Now we're heading into Spring and our next cruise night in October will enjoy the benefit of daylight saving. Come give it a try.
