Peninsula Cruise Night - August 2016
The cruise night returned to the Homemaker Centre after its brief one month run at the Baxter BP Servo with the opening of the new Sober Mule located in the centre of the car park. The sun came out early afternoon to tease us but the drizzle started a little later but didn't deter over 50 cars cruisin in. Entrants took advantage of the new sit down meals available now as well as the favourite ‘take aways’.
Gary picked up the $100 in the night’s LGC Cruiser draw and we found two winners for the night’s entrant’s raffle. All we need now is some nicer weather as we start to look forward to spring to enjoy the new larger outdoor deck at the Sober Mule that faces directly into the car park.
We also unveiled our latest T shirt design. With help from Greg at Raceprint, we’re able to offer the graphic on any coloured T shirt within the JBWear range. Only $25 each or $20 if you’re a LGC Cruiser subscriber. Custom colour shirts need to be paid for when ordered and will be available for collection at the following months cruise night.
Note that the new Aldi store located in the back corner of the complex will be open for the September cruise night.
Here’s a few photos taken by Graeme our roving photographer.
