Voyager of the Sea 2015
Let’s Go Cruisin’ managed to encourage 48 people to sign up to our special ‘group discount deal’ to enjoy a 10 night South Pacific Cruise on Royal Caribbean’s South Pacific flagship, the ‘Voyager of the Seas’. And enjoy we all did! What a great 10 days. Just ask anyone who came along.
Departing Sydney on 18th November we cruised for 3 warm sunny days to our first stop at Port Vila in Vanuatu. Back aboard, we then cruised to the southern end of the Vanuatu Islands for a day on Mystery Island, an uninhabited coral atoll. Cruising again overnight our third stop was at the spectacular Isle of Pines for more swimming and snorkeling. Final port of call was Noumea capital of New Caledonia then back to Sydney.
The Voyager of the Seas not only provided great accommodation, pools and bars along with special features such as a rock climbing wall and flow rider wave pool but also great food and nonstop entertainment options, including a spectacular ice skating show.
Experienced sea cruise goers know to bring a larger sized change of clothes to travel home in because the food service seems endless and is too hard to resist. So we didn’t!
If you have yet to cruise on a modern cruise ship then you have something special to look forward too. Who knows, there may even be an opportunity take your first cruise with LGC in the next year or so. Stay tuned!
Our thanks to all those that came along on the Voyager of the Seas and making it such a special holiday.
Here’s just a few of the 100’s of photos Graeme shot over the 10 days to wet your appetite for next time.
