 
Peninsula Cruise Night - February 2018
What must be pretty close to the perfect summer evening, the warm temps, clear skies and a light breeze soon had the car park filling up with around 250 cars. The Rotary BBQ was doing good business as was the Sober Mule Café keeping everyone fed & hydrated. With all the socializing and checking out cars displayed, the time to conduct the night’s prize draws came around almost too quickly. First up was the Cruiser draw. First winner out claimed the $100 in cash. Cash continues to be the ‘King of the Prizes’ for most winners. However, the runner up prizes are pretty decent with Michael from Buff n Stuff in Mornington presenting Vergy with a $150 voucher for a car detail and Chev from Chev’s Auto Repairs in Carrum Downs presenting new Cruiser subscriber, Chris with a $300 dyno tune voucher. The 3 gate raffle goody bags filled with Meguiar’s and ACDelco products surprisingly took a few draws to find the 3 winners given the size of the crowd at the draw hoping to take one of the bags home. We thank all our generous sponsors for their support of our events.
Next month it’s annual Cruiser Grand Prize night. We’ll be drawing winners from all the 2018 Cruiser subscribers. With 2 x $500cash prizes, $1000 vouchers, a Masport BBQ & a Hisense Bar Fridge in the prize pool, we encourage all Cruisers to be present so you can choose your prize when your name comes out of the barrel.
