Cruisin the Coolstores June 2006

After 2 successful summer seasons of Cruise the Coolstore cruise nights, the team from Let's Go Cruisin' decided to run the cruise nights year round. Most of our 'chrome bumper cars' seem to hibernate for the Melbourne winters with few opportunities to get them out. So we thought we'd do something about that.
Well, around 20 hardy cruisers bought their cars along to our first cold but clear, Melbourne Winter Cruise night. We suspect they came along mostly to see first hand if we were really serious!!! The Peninsula Lounge turned on a 'half price' menu which was well supported. Some prizes were dispensed, some more Cruisers signed up and some food and fun was had by the smaller than usual hardy participants. Our thanks goes to those that came along for your support.
