Peninsula Cruise Night - May 2013
Rain in the morning of a cruise night usually has a major impact on numbers, but the weather guys got it right again, the rain was forecast to move on and the afternoon warm up and be dry. And it did. And 150 plus car enthusiasts and lots of interested spectators all cruised in. Unfortunately, the car park lighting system let us down and we were left in the dark from 6 pm on. Still, the café kept everyone fueled, there were lots of new cars to check out again, we had no trouble finding winners for our two Cruiser draws, a $300 dyno tune voucher for use at Chev’s Performance in Carrum Downs and the ever popular $100 note. This was followed with the three ACDelco car care packs finding new homes. Thanks again to all who attended for supporting our “off season” cruise nights. Graeme was busy again with the camera.
