1st Grampians Rod Run. This
is probably one of the nicest national parks around and with a large
choice of accomodation, restaurants and wineries in the town of Halls
Gap alone should make it a memorable location for a rod run. The run
will be organised from the Caravan Park in the centre of Halls Gap,
but there's heaps of accomodation close from backpackers to top class
motels. Friday night is a registrations with a BBQ for entrants. Saturday
has breakfast supplied and then a leisurely drive over to Roses Gap
for a 2 course spit roast. Saturday evening events are unconfirmed.
Sunday breakfast is supplied for entrants again and then a show and
shine on the Halls Gap oval. BBQ supplied during the show and shine

Kiwanis All Ford Day Car Show Sports Grounds, Deakin University

to celebrate the Ford Marque with over 1,200 Ford show cars on display
from ‘T’ Models to GT’s competing for $2,000 of prizes and trophies
in over thirty categories. Trade displays, merchandise, souvenirs,
live stage entertainment, food court, kids rides, Trophy Presentations,
Charity Auction, and V8 Supercar Drivers. 10 am to 4 pm, Sunday 18th
February 2007. (Always on the third Sunday in February every year)
Show car entry gate 7.30 am to 10.30am. Judging entry forms MUST be
in by 10.30 am. General public car park entry 10am to 4pm. Show car
entry fee $30 per car, includes, all passengers, showing of car, entry
form for judging, complimentary Program, and show bag of goodies.
General Public entry fee $15 per car, includes all passengers and
parking in supervised parking area. Pedestrians $5 each, children
under 14 free when with paying adults. All proceeds are donated to

Vic with 3 of the hottest Rockabilly bands in Australia. The RETRO
ROCKETS are jetting down from New Castle especially and are teaming
up with the ATOMIC HI-TONES AND THE FLYIN SAUCERS. Cruise in around
