Graeme and Cheryl Hutson
I was born in Healesville and at young age our family moved to Croydon
where I lived until married in 72. When I was about 10 year's old
I remember saying to my Father wouldn't it be good to have a vintage
car with a big fast motor in it. "Not a good idea son". "Rubbish!"
I think that was the start of hot rod book's and car show's and
more. My first car was a Zephyr, only because I couldn't afford
a Customline. Married in 72 and moved to Mornington, new house and
a few years later two children and still no money, "But always had
a project in the shed. From hot rod's to customline's then fully
restored a Ford Sunliner 55. It is also good to have a wife who
is interested in cars now a Daughter who works for Ford and a son
with Methenol running through his veins, will ensure hot rodding
will always be part of our family, And that's what it's all about.
