 
Peninsula Cruise Night - January 2020
Even though it was summer and recent extreme temperatures resulted in massive bushfires, our cruise night was cool and overcast but a pleasant change that encouraged around 130 cars to venture out. Instead of our usual entry, everyone attending was encouraged to put something into the buckets for the Bush Fire Appeal. Your generosity resulted in $1,072.55 being raised. A huge thank you to everyone, and the amount was all banked into the Bendigo Bank Appeal account.
After the night’s Cruiser draw & gate raffle draws, everyone seemed to be still enjoying the cooler evening and were in no hurry to leave. So for once, it was the LGC committee that were among the first out the gate after packing up.
